Sage CRM version 7.3 abundant with new features

Sage has just announced the release of version 7.3 of Sage CRM. The most noticeable change in this version is the fresh new contemporary look. I have long been a fan of Sage’s easy to use CRM but this latest version looks cleaner, slicker and in addition to looking fresh it has more functionality as outlined below.

Marketing

Mail Chimp fans everywhere will be thrilled to hear Sage CRM now integrates to Mail Chimp, in addition to Swiftpage eMarketing giving Sage CRM users real options regarding their preferred eMarketing tool and required functionality. Sage CRM still records all key communication information against contacts, but allows users to utilise the full design and feature functionality of Mail Chimp in a familiar environment. Meaning users have access to the thousands of templates inbuilt in Mail Chimp, or the ability to build or upload their own templates meaning no more design and layout restrictions by using the CRM email communication tool.

Both CRM tools; Mail Chimp and Swiftpage allow you to:

  • Create personalised, targeted email communications
  • Utilise your Groups in CRM to target audiences
  • Review campaign and communications results instantly
  • Tailor campaigns based on results / responses

Mobility

The new version of CRM also offers a fully mobile optimised CRM – allowing users to easily access their business and customer data  when out of the office using the mobile CRM or Sage CRM for iPhone and the new android app. Users can track communications, appointments, meeting notes and much more anytime and anywhere.

  • Ability to import your iPhone contacts as a Lead or Person into Sage CRM
  • Add new meetings and tasks

  • Map appointments with iPhone app

Reporting and Dashboards

In addition to new modernised dashboards and expanded reporting functionality version 7.3 also includes Business Accelerators for Sales including;
