Rapid Implementation, Immediate Impact

We are an import business that has for many years struggled to supply stock at a consistent level. We were introduced to Sage Inventory Advisor by our business partner Enabling the day after an unpleasant meeting with a major customer that had become frustrated with our product availability.

After speaking with the guys at Sage Inventory Advisor and viewing the initial demonstration of the software we became very excited as to what this product could do for us. The very next day we were able to see our own data in Sage Inventory Advisor, and only ten days later the system was fully implemented.

Within the first week of using the system, we were able to cancel approximately $120K worth of surplus orders, giving us an immediate and significant benefit. We were also able to reduce  existing orders by a further $65K and redistribute some of that investment into products that were in danger of stocking out.

Since then, we have commenced the task of clearing out obsolete lines.

I am now so much more confident that our inventory is heading in the right direction. I just wish we had found Sage Inventory Advisor much sooner.
