There are a couple of new exciting features that have been on the Sage Roadmap for some time which are now being released – see below for more information.

 
Mobile Apps iPhone and Windows 8
With two new mobile apps designed for sales users on the road, iPhone users and Windows 8 tablet or laptop users will be pleased to know they can access up-to-date information, even when they are out of coverage. The iPhone app will be available to download from iTunes and the Windows 8 app from the Windows Store once Sage CRM 7.2 is released.
 
Reporting and other Features
A number of reporting enhancements are available in Sage CRM 7.2 which are a direct result of your input and voting of enhancements on the Ideas Hub on the Sage CRM Community, as well as requests being passed to the Sage CRM Support and Product Management teams. The ability to clone reports, security on report export, HTML5 format reports (no requirement to have Adobe Flash installed on your desktop) and some new chart types, are all out of the box features in the upcoming release.
 
Social Media: Facebook and more
We're all aware that Company Facebook pages and People Facebook profiles are increasing in popularity in today's social-centric world. In light of this, Sage CRM 7.2 enables you to view Company and Person Facebook information directly from the Company and Person summary tabs. Sage CRM also links to LinkedIn and Yammer allowing greater business collaboration though social tools.
